- Once we have received the submitted form, we will contact you for the payment process.
- The prices are fixed and non- negotiable. Strictly NO refund after transaction has been made.
- We have the right to correct any typographical error, inaccuracies, or omissions that may related to the product descriptions, pricing and availability from time to time without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHOD
Customer can make payment through:
1. Any transaction from your bank account to our Maybank or CIMB account only. Payment can be made by Deposit Machine or Online Banking.
!! Please be noted that there will be a transaction fee for interbank transaction and the rate is depending on the bank policy. No transaction fees will be charged for transactions made within the same bank.
!! For customers who prefer online banking, please insert our email address (whitesandbiz@gmail.com) in the transaction form provided by the bank so that we will be notified about your payment by the bank.
!! For customers who prefer paying by Deposit Machine, please give us a notification email about the payment so that we will be alert with your payment.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) available at selected area only (Ampang/Wangsa Maju)

1.You can choose your delivery method (Pos Express/ Pos Laju/ Nationwide Express Courier/ COD)
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) is only for selected areas (Ampang, Wangsa Maju)
3. Please be noted that, we will only ship the item once we have received the notification of your payment. After we received the payment, the item will be packed in 24 hours and it is only IF we received the notification of the payment before 12.00 AM.
4. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. It will depend on the terms and condition of the courier service.
5. Goods which are sold are not returnable.
